Subscription Refund Policy:

Customers subscribing to Shotcut Track services are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of the initial purchase. This applies to the first 14 days of the subscription period. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days from the date the return is approved. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The request for a refund or exchange must be made within the specified timeframe.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Shotcut Track service returned is not in its original condition or does not meet our refund eligibility criteria.
